  1. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors to keep them clean and free of debris
  2. Emptying trash and recycling receptacles and ensuring that they are clean and well-stocked
  3. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and shower areas, restocking toiletries and paper products
  4. Spot cleaning surfaces and furniture, such as desks, tables, and chairs
  5. Cleaning entryways, lobbies, and common areas, such as elevators and stairwells
  6. Cleaning windows and mirrors to keep them streak-free and clear
  7. Responding to spills and other incidents as they occur, cleaning and sanitizing affected areas
  8. Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, such as sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas
  9. Reporting any damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
  10. Any other task that is required to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building.
